Pearl Pilates Studio offers two distinct, yet complementary, systems of exercise – Pilates & GYROTONIC®. Both systems seek to balance and align the body uniformly with controlled movements and synchronized breathing making them not only really effective forms of exercise, but a mind/body experience.

Offering three locations – the Pearl District in Portland, downtown Lake Oswego and our new Bend location. Our fully equipped studios provide a peaceful setting that allows clients to focus on the work and their bodies.

She is tremendously knowledgeable and is able to choose exercises for individuals that address both general fitness and specific needs such as injury rehabilitation.
