Kaley Parsons discovered her love of Pilates five years ago while living abroad in Spain and was immediately taken with the effects is had on her body and spirit. Kaley decided to devote herself full time to pursuing a career in Pilates and began the Instructor Certification program with Balanced Body’s University in June 2008. Under the expertise training of Shelly Stephenson, a former student of Marie Jose Blan-Lawrence, Kaley’s affinity for Pilates strengthened into a passion devoted to helping individuals improve their health and personal image using the principles and teachings of Joseph Pilates. Kaley believes that the study of Pilates is an ongoing journey and with the support and guidance of Jeannie Chrisman, owner of Pearl Pilates Studio, Kaley is excited to continue her Pilates education and share the benefits of the Pilates method.
