- Wear comfortable clothes. Layers are great so you can adjust as your body heats up.
- Eat something light about an hour before your session.
Avoid coming with a full stomach, or completely famished.
- Privates and reformer classes must be scheduled in advance.
- We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you know
in advance, please call so that someone else may fill the spot.
We understand this isn’t always possible.
- To ensure attention and detail are provided, mat classes are limited to six people. We recommend calling ahead to reserve
a spot.
- Sessions take focus and concentration. Be prepared to devote your mind and body to the practice at hand.
